Lycra:

Avoid Fabric Softeners: Skip the fabric softeners; they can break down the elasticity of Lycra. A mild detergent works just fine.

Air Dry or Low Heat: Opt for air drying to preserve the elasticity. If you're using a dryer, use a low heat setting to prevent any potential damage.

Avoid Ironing: Lycra doesn't usually need ironing. If you must, use a low heat setting and iron on the reverse side.

Chiffon:

Hand Wash Gently: Chiffon is delicate, so hand wash it with cold water and a mild detergent. Handle with care to maintain its light and airy quality.

Avoid Twisting or Wringing: After washing, avoid twisting or wringing out chiffon. Press out excess water gently and let it air dry.
