DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE?

Yes, we do provide returns for all items with terms and conditions applied.

Please take note that SALES ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE & NON EXCHANGABLE*

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

  1. Send us an email using the template provided below for assessment of return. Kindly note that only valid reasons are accepted.
  2. All returns must be posted to us within 3 working days after buyer receive the parcel. (*delivered date as first day)
  3. Returns can only be made strictly one time per order number. If any order made with return credits, cannot be returned the consequent time.
  4. Refund can only be made with STORE CREDIT.
  5. Sale items, intimates, accessories, and gift card. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  6. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for a return.
  7. Any used / credited reward points / discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.
  8. Once the security tags on the zippers are cut, the item is no longer refundable or returnable.

IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES INVOLVED FOR EXCHANGE?

If the return reason is under Defective- related items, We will bear the both side postage.

Lastly we do not accept the reason of not suitable / not nice after wearing as every body has different body shape, we only accept valid reasons.
