1. How to placed an order?
To place an order online, please follow the steps below:
• Add a product to your basket by clicking on “Add to cart” in the selected product page.
• Select the size and quantity you would like to order.
• Complete your order by clicking on “My cart” and then proceed to "Checkout”. • If you have any special instructions, please note them down before clicking "Checkout".
• You can modify or validate your basket and select your delivery method before making your payment.
• You will be asked to complete your delivery and billing address by selecting one of the following three options:
- Log In: This enables access to your personal CHIC N SLEEK account.
- Create an Account: This option allows you to create your CHIC N SLEEK profile for future purchases.
- Continue as Guest: This option enables you to place an order without creating an account, but your order history will not be saved.
• Fill in the information of your billing address to complete your order.
• Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your order along with your digital receipt.
• When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your package.

2. How can I access my Order History?
If you created a CHIC N SLEEK customer account, you can view your order history by Logging in to your account and by clicking on "My Account".
If you have placed an order as a Guest, please contact Customer Care here to receive this information.
3. How do I know my size?
Please check and refer to the sizing guide here for the accurate measurements.
4. How is my order prepared?
Kindly take note that the processing time for each order takes 2-5 working days (not including shipping). Once the order is processed, shipping will take an additional 2-5 working days.
We provide you with a unique experience as each order received is "Made-to-Order" hence the longer processing time. Your patience is highly appreciated as we seek to ensure that you receive the highest quality of garments.
5. Who are the couriers for delivery?
CHIC N SLEEK works with Pos Laju as our carrier.
6. What payment options are accepted at CHIC N SLEEK online?
Payment can be made using direct debit VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or Apple Pay. We also accept offline direct banking. Please refer to the payment terms here for more information.

You may Whatsapp us or email us using the template as detailed in the Alteration Services page to get a quotation and reserve a slot for alteration.
